Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at jogkart@jogkart.com or by phone at +919988442367. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm IST.

Please provide your order information, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item(s).

Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns will be inspected upon receipt. If a returned item is determined to be used, damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition, a restocking fee may be applied or the item may be refused. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For refunds, please provide your UPI ID or account number with IFSC code. Jogkart.com reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for a return and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned using our return policy.
